Heads, Hearts & Tales

Editions One & Two

The first two editions of Mennie Drinks’ new oral-history series, together.

Whisky writer Gavin D Smith sits down with two Whisky Hall of Famers — Alan Winchester and Frank McHardy — to record the stories behind two extraordinary lives in Scotch whisky.

Not simply where they worked or what they made, but the characters, accidents, friendships, rituals and memories that sit behind the official history.

No. 2 — Frank McHardy

Each chapbook is a first edition of 100 copies, printed with a Colorplan Vermillion cover and Munken ID Pure Rough text stock, and singer sewn.

The first 50 sets sold will contain copies signed by Alan Winchester and Frank McHardy respectively.
